Fast, standard, reliable Dell computer. XP. Floppy drive!!! Some of the new Internet Cafes think a floppy drive is unnecessary. FOOLS! 1.44 megs is better than nothing. I do have a 20 gig USB that is very portable and very quick to drain it:s batteries. So I use/carry it rarely. One day, I figure USB ports will go outta fashion.

Hey! It:sa free DVD which I will watch in about 20 minutes, after I finish this page. The Ghibli one with the pig and WW2 and France or something. Tim likes it and I:ve always wanted to see it. Again, it was free. No charge. The ramen, however was 150 yen, which is about how much it would cost at a convenience store.

A PS2. They are in every booth they got here. All 110 of them. Is Manboo paid off by Sony? Not exactly. As a DVD, CD PS, and PS2 machine, it is versatile and commonplace. Like a jukebox in a bar, but more techy and Japanese-friendly. Most people here use them for watching DVDs I guess. But then again...

...The TV has a DVD player, OMGF!!1 And it plays VHS tapes, should you smuggle one in. They don:t rent out VHS tapes here, but I guess it would be unthinkable to not have a stupid VHS player in an internet cafe. The TV is a tad bit larger than the one I got back at my apartment, and the remote has about 40 more buttons.

You can:t really see too well, but the space in the hall way between the booths is slim. When I go down them, there:s a whole 5 cm on either side of me. now upon entering any on of these Manboos, I always grab a soda and a Royal Milk Tea. Then I squeeze my way down the not-gaijin-sized hallways, praying nobody slams their door open in a mad dash for the restroom or the drink bar. I:ve learned to avoid those booths on the rows. It:s just easier on the nerves.

And that wraps it up. I have edited/added more. This is the first time I do something like this, and the page/writing took about 30 minutes. So I can see me doing more indie cam pages like this. Let me know if it:s cool. Or if it sucks and is like 1,000,000 other Japan Pocky-blogs, then shut the hell up and stop reading Pocky-blogs. Unlike those bastards I eat 10 meals a week so you can pretty much figure out I don:t have any money for some stupid Pocky.

No, I eat fine and do have money to spend once in a blue moon on extravagancies like an overnight stay at an internet cafe. $5 goes to who knows which one of the four Shibuya Manboos I:m at... Or maybe a little gotchapon-toy.
